The executive lounge served complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast was a feast with freshly baked croissants and delicious local dishes. The Club Deluxe Double Room was big and cozy with a stunning seaside view. Spa facilities were fantastic, offering a heated pool, sauna, and various massages. Location was central, connected directly to the mall and metro.

This hotel was a culinary delight with local gems nearby like Oseolrok Ti House and Jingkan Shabu just a hop away! The poolside bar served solid snacks to recharge between swims. The staff were friendly, ensuring our stay was comfy and cozy, really turning our trip into a memorable one.

I was surprised to find out that breakfast cost nearly $50 if paid after check-in. The unclarity on pool and spa usage fees added a bit of a sting to the experience, but I’d still recommend checking it out for the ambiance and nearby restaurants.

We had an really good time during our stay with friendly staff who treated us like family. The room was spacious enough for our little one, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service that kept everything spotless.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what we got.

I loved that the hotel is directly connected to a large department store, making it super easy to browse food and shopping options, and being just a bit over a kilometer from Busan Citizens Park provided a fantastic space to unwind amid my city strolls. it really enhanced my overall stay.

This place is amazing! Access to Lotte Department Store is right there, which is a total bonus for shopping. The room was spacious and really comfy. I spent some time at the poolside snack bar, super chill vibes! Just a heads up, the bar drinks are kinda pricey, but it's all good.

Enjoyed the spacious deluxe twin room with direct access to the department store. My family had fun at the sauna facilities, and the pets found their comfort too. The Bansang Course was a light and tasty treat at a great price.
